Hi, I’m Barbara Farrell, the founder of FOCUS Administrative Services.
After more than 30 years in administration and operations, I’ve learned one thing: most business owners, company leaders, and nonprofit Executive Directors are doing far too much on their own. I started FOCUS to change that.
I love helping people breathe easier by taking care of the details — whether it’s organizing workflows, managing operations, or creating systems that actually make sense. When your admin runs smoothly, you have more time and energy for the work you’re meant to do.
