Hi, I’m Barbara Farrell, founder of FOCUS Administrative Services.
With more than 30 years of experience in administration and operations, I’ve seen the same challenge time and again: capable leaders carrying far too much on their own. I started FOCUS to change that.
I partner with business owners, organizational leaders, and nonprofit Executive Directors to bring clarity, structure, and steady support to their operations.
